| "It was a hassle, but I received my product in the end and that is a plus to me. They were delivered in good time, but I had chosen the wrong size. Consumers in America are spoiled with free return services from Amazon, but if you think about it, it makes sense to spend $20 to return an order. Lots of people complained about the return services. If you're patient and make sure to do everything right, calling customer service if you're not sure, they will take back the product and give you a full refund, even if the product was delivered to your door in a heavily damaged box. (The damaged box was FedEx's fault, not SkatePro's.) I'm sure my new order would have come in good time, but it got stuck in France with all the stuff going on there. It was a big hassle, with lots of abnormal issues, but I received the correct product and I am happy with them. SkatePro will work with you if you will work with them and everything will work out." | |

I asked customer service and they said that these skates run a bit small, which would of been nice to know before paying for and waiting almost 2 weeks for them to arrive. So now I have to send them back which requires a printer to print off the label (who has a printer these days), filling out the label seems like a lot of faffing about. The pads and helmet fit and seem great quality but the whole experience has been so stressful and dragged out. If I manage to find a printer I can use today and get them to the post office I won't have my refund for at least 2 weeks, apparently." | |

We do have a very useful size chart which we recommend you to follow, as all of our skates fit slightly differently. Therefore, choosing your average shoe size will not necessarily mean the skates fit right. We did suggest on the size chart to take one size bigger, so that would mean you would be a 10 according to the length of your feet. Nonetheless, you are more than welcome to purchase a bigger size and get a full refund for your other skates👌 In the regards to the label, I apologize that it may be an inconvenience, we are required to fill this information for customs. The reason it can take approximately 2 weeks before you are refunded is also due to changes post Brexit. We would love to make this process easier if we could choose 😊 I hope you can understand! The bolts do come partially tightened, however we always recommend customers to tighten them again, as they may have come loose in the mean time.
