It looked as if the package had been opened en route (whether by accident or on purpose is unknow) and one wheel had rolled away. When I contacted SkatePro to inform them of the problem, I was surprised by their quick response and immediate offer to send a replacement wheel at no charge. There was no haggling or teeth-pulling. Just immediate action to remedy the problem. It was a much smoother experience than what tends to pass for online customer service, these days. I will definitely be shopping again." | |

As you need to buy it, we capture the amount for it. We return postage costs only if there has been an error in our side. For instance, sent you out a wrong product.
