During that time I experienced unparallel pain and discomfort, coming from the lack of support provided by the skates. I reached out to skatepro to explain my discomfort. They emailed me back in a timely manner explaining to me what to do next. So I sent a video and a picture as per the email. They emailed me back saying they agree with me send them in. I spent more money sending them back to later discover it was nothing they could do for me regarding the skates. They sent them back to me. $260 down the drain because I can't use the skates at all. Overall very good punctual, very good communication, very poor products, I would not recommend spending here." | |
