We have kindly asked you to provide a few pictures or a video where we can clearly see the issue (this is our standard procedure), you have mentioned that you had already taken the scooter to your local repair shop, so they could take a look. We completely understand that this was done in order to get the situation fixed as soon as possible, so your son could use the scooter again, unfortunately, once this is done, we could not have offered you a new scooter or new parts for free as we did not receive any evidence of the malfunction. I can see, however, that my colleague Elliot did offer you a partial refund of 10% of the scooter price. I have processed the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to be visible in your bank statements, depending on your bank. Overall, I am really sorry about this experience.
