| "Wrist and knee guards were dispatched and received in good time. Unfortunately one wrist guard was faulty on multiple counts and shouldn’t have passed QC. I made a claim and initially got a response very quickly. It was then passed on to another department. I had waited a while and heard nothing, so sent a follow up email. They were very kind and apologised for the delay, immediately issued me a replacement set of wrist guards and dispatch time was again brilliant. While I am disappointed in the faults to do with one of the wrist guards from Killer 187 (derby version), Skatepro were a great company to buy from and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend. My replacement set were of the quality I expected with no issues." | |
