| "This company is NOT in CANADA. Products are good quality, but you better hope you get it right the first time. Selecting skate sizes for youth who could fit either large youth or small adult is confusing and led to ordering a size that didn't fit. Their "easy" returns cost $19 CDN, plus a trip to UPS. And you have to send it to Denmark. I got a message that the box I sent it back in (totally unused skates in perfect condition) was damaged therefore they deducted another $10. This has been a very expensive return and not worth the "sale" I got in the first place. Next time I will buy Canadian and make sure the purchase and returns can be done locally." | |

We have indeed received the skates back in a perfect condition, but we deducted you for shipping it in the product box which results in SkatePro not being able to sell this as a new product anymore. | "I ordered a pair of powerslide zoom 80's and they came when expected. The 45 strap on the right skate was stripped directly out of the box. I'm not sure if it was a deformed strap from the factory or if these were returned by somebody, but I got a set of skates I couldn't use. I emailed the company but didn't hear back for 3 days, by that time I had already ordered some straps from another company. SkatePro refunded me the $15 I spent on the straps, but I haven't received the straps from the other company yet, so I still haven't been able to actually use these skates. All in all it's just been a bummer, i regret wasting money on these skates and probably wouldn't order from here again...." | |

When we were investigating the matter, you informed us of buying straps from another company. As the error on the skate would have been covered under the warranty, we of course refunded you for the amount you paid for the straps you bought somewhere else. Of course, it was in the first place our responsibility to make this work for you. Unfortunately, due to the Holiday season, we could not get to you right away with the solution we also had to discuss with the supplier.
