The skatepro team however was decently quick in getting back to me about it and it was fine after that. The skateboard is great and nearly could be used straight out of the box. I did have to lube the bearings and adjust the trucks, but apart from that it was quick and easy. Will definitely buy from here again!" | |

Under their "How do I exchange a product?" they make it sound like you can exchange your order, but really you can only make returns and start new orders. It is only under "Will I get the shipping cost refunded?" that they state, "Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges." Overall, it does not seem SkatePro is a customer-first kind of company.
