| "I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered a pair or skates that was available on SkatePro's website, said they would be here in a week (I needed the skates for an event 10 days later). THREE DAYS AFTER ordering my skates, SkatePro emailed me to tell me their website incorrectly listed the skates as in stock and they are not available. SkatePro's email also advised that I should pick out a substitute pair of skates and they would cover the difference if it was close. Immediately upon receiving SkatePro's email, I picked out the most comparable pair of skates that SkatePro had available and asked them to send those instead - also informing them that I needed the skates in 6 days time, for the event (which my original order would have arrived for). It took another THREE DAYS for SkatePro to respond and tell me that the skates I picked were too much more money for them to honor them as a substitution. They were $20 more before tax. Absolutely terrible customer service." | |

| "Received the wrong size, customer service has ghosted me. On May 22, I ordered 3 skateboards and helmets for me and my kids. Everything arrived on May 30 as expected. After riding for 5 minutes, I realized that they shipped me the 7.875" version instead of the 8.25" one that I ordered. They responded promptly saying that they were looking into it. Then, they kept repeating some version of "We're waiting for our colleagues to respond", until they eventually stopped responding to my emails. It's now June 7. They can't tell me if they have an 8.25" in stock. I was told not to ride the skateboard they sent me. They haven't offered me any replacement plan. They haven't responded to my last two emails asking for an update. I'm now in SkatePro purgatory. I can't ride the board they sent, they have no plan to send me a new one (of any style), and they have stopped replying to me." | |
