That was inconvenient especially as the item took ages top arrive. Then I missed the courier because I did not get notified they were coming. I called again and the company said I never emailed or called. But I DID email and call. Return system is complicated and staff was patronising and rude when I tried to get at least a voucher for shipping for a replacement item. I had to pay for shipping and for return. Overall an unpleasant experience and a waste of my time." | |

As far as I can understand, you have placed an order for the wrong set of knee pads and contacted us about it. Unfortunately, when you contacted us, the parcel had already been shipped. Then, we have informed you that you could refuse the parcel on delivery and the parcel would come back to us for free. Unfortunately, you have missed the carrier and could not refuse the delivery. From that moment onwards, you would have to return the product as a normal return. You could send it using our return service for £5.95 or send it via a self arranged shipment. Delivery of the parcel took place ahead of expected. Your parcel was expected to arrive between 3 and 6 of June, and it was delivered to you on the 31 of May. When it comes to the fees, every customer that will place an order on our UK website for under £69 will have to pay shipping costs and a cost of return of £5.95, if the order is to be returned. To offer a small service, we have mentioned that you could find our Team Riders on the website and check their social media, because they have discount codes that can be used as discount on orders, so you could acquire a new set at a discount. It is not like I don't want to pay those customs charges but it is better to show those charges or include them while paying the whole amount." | |
