Need plastikust cruiser rulluisud tekkisid esmakordselt 70ndate keskel, kus plastikust survevormitud rulluisud said üheks parimaks ja stiilsemaks rulluisuks! Penny-laudadega saab teha teravaid pöördeid väikesel pinnal, mistõttu sobivad need ideaalselt downtonis ringi liikumiseks. Lisaks sellele ei ole need cruiser-laudade väikese suuruse tõttu kunagi tee peal.
Penny Completes on põnev 1970ndate aastate stiilis plastikust cruiser-laudade uusversioon.
