"I agree with the other reviewer. This skate looked very nice but it was way smaller than I anticipated and I even measured my daughters feet against the size chart. I can’t return it because I live in the US and the cost of return is almost the same as the cost of the ice skate."

"Skates were too small (EU 31 size advertised but really looks like 28-29, does not fit my daughter). Also I don't think that quality is very good - boot is quite thin and may not provide enough protection from cold."

If the skates have not been used outside, you are naturally welcome to return them, and either get your money back or exchange them to another size.
