I received a call from FedEx stating I had to pay an additional $39.99 Canadian to have the Scooter go through customs at the Canadian/USA border. This website is a .ca website and at no time did it indicate it was an USA company based out of Denmark and that additional payments were needed to get through customs. When I spoke with the FedEx representative he said he had received many calls regarding this company with the same questions. If you are from Canada and think you are ordering from a Canada company SKATEPRO is not and you will be charged additional cost." | |
